We’re so excited to have you join us this Saturday, Oct 4th! To make sure race day goes smoothly, here’s everything you need to know (and yes, it’s a lot—but it’s all important).

An email with your Bib # will be sent on Thursday, Oct 2nd.

Packet Pickup
When & Where: Friday, Oct 3 | 5:00–7:00 PM
DICK’S Sporting Goods Brier Creek: 8021 Brier Creek Pkwy Ste 100, Raleigh, NC

Race Day Pickup (last resort):
Where & When: Saturday, Oct 12 | 6:30–7:30 AM
At the Clock Tower, Brier Creek Commons
Expect long lines & traffic—please pick up Friday if possible!

Pro Tips:
Picking up for others? Yes you can, IDs not required.
Families: just give last name.
Groups: bring a list of bib #s (look them up here)

Race Day Arrival
Parking: FREE! Use lots in Brier Creek Commons (DICK'S entrance, store front parking & Macaw St. entrance are all closed to traffic).
No Bag Check: Keep belongings in your car (pets welcome on a leash).
Bathrooms: Port-o-potties behind  Blo's Salong buliding near the back of expo.

On the Course
Start Time: 8:00 AM sharp
Water Stop: At the halfway turnaround point. Bring your own if you want extra.
Timing: Your bib has a chip—wear it on your torso, front & visible.
Course Note: Roads will not be closed. Follow officers & volunteers for safety.
Finisher medals and cupcakes are only given out after crossing the finish line.

Results & Awards
Results posted online (QR codes around expo)
Awards at ~9:15 AM for top overall + top 3 in each age group
Must be present (or have someone grab it for you)

Weather Plan
Rain? We run!
Thunder/lightning? Delays up to 30 min. If canceled, the race goes virtual.
If canceled during the race, return to your car—grab your medal before leaving.

Volunteers & Courtesy
Over 30 amazing volunteers (many students) are making this event possible. Please treat them with kindness.  Any rudeness = disqualification = no cupcake for you
